Services

Highbeam Digital provides exclusive, qualified lead generation services for businesses. We generate leads through our own advertising and landing pages, qualify them against criteria agreed upon with each client, and deliver them in real time.

Lead purchases and pricing

Leads are sold on a pay-per-lead basis. Pricing, volume, and qualification criteria are confirmed in writing before each campaign or batch begins. There are no long-term contracts or minimum commitments unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon before delivery. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due on receipt. We may pause delivery until payment is received.

Refunds and replacements

If a delivered lead does not match the agreed criteria — for example, a disconnected number, a party already represented, or a mismatch with the agreed targeting — you may flag it within three business days for a credit or replacement, at our discretion.

Intellectual property

All content, branding, materials, and systems on this website are owned by Adnan Marketing Services Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adnan Marketing Services Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adnan Marketing Services Inc., its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Governing law
